1General Terms & Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts may be rejected.

6Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by an independent third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, pk111 reserves the right to void or restart the affected round.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For Sports Betting, stakes will be refunded if an event is cancelled.

7Account Closure & Restrictions

Pk111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If there is any suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• If a member operates multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• If a member engages in abusive or disrespectful behavior toward other members or pk111 staff.

• For any financial losses, whether anticipated or unexpected, arising from gameplay.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.

In all cases, pk111's maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount deposited by the member during the relevant period.

10Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with pk111, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Complaints can be submitted via support chat or email.
• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
• For complex disputes, arbitration through an independent third party may be pursued.
• If you disagree with a decision made by pk111, you may file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority.
